Celebrate Recovery Family Dinner

Participants are encouraged to invite their families and friends to the Celebrate Recovery pre-meeting dinner at 6:30 PM. The dinner is hosted in Small Church and is designed for a time of great worship, fellowship and great food!

Thrive: With Jesus

The Cornerstone Women’s Ministry has invited a special guest speaker, Cheryl Brodersen, who will remind us how a life lived close to Jesus helps us to thrive. To finish the night we’ll have an after party with  Axe Throwing and desserts. First time visitors to Cornerstone are welcome to attend free so pray about inviting a neighbor or friend.

Men’s Bible Study

The Cornerstone Men’s Ministry will be having a 5-week Bible study through the book of James on Tuesday nights from October 5th – November 2nd from 6:30-8:00pm. Each week the first 50 people to arrive will receive free tacos to eat while listening to the Bible Study. The study takes place on the same night as Cornerstone’s middle school and high school youth groups so if your kids are in that age range you can drop them off there while you attend the men’s Bible study. RSVP in advance so we know how many tacos to make. Taco plates will cost $5 if you aren’t one of the first 50 people to arrive (that’s still a great deal!)

Women’s Bible Study

The Cornerstone Women’s ministry is starting a Bible study this fall on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month running from August 19th – December 2nd. Join other ladies in the church for a study through the book of Numbers.

Father & Child “Rod Run” Scavenger Hunt

The Cornerstone Men’s Ministry is partnering with C-KiDS to host a scavenger hunt at the Murrieta Rod Run (murrietarodrun.com) on Saturday, October 9th. There will be 400 classic cars and hot rods to check out. The event is designed as a father & child activity, but the whole family is welcome to join in the fun. RSVP in advance and you’ll receive digital instructions that will guide your family through the photo scavenger hunt. After completing the scavenger hunt you can show your photos to the Cornerstone Vendor booth at the show for a prize.

Cornerstone Moms

The Cornerstone Women’s ministry is launching a Mom’s group this fall on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month running from August 26th – December 9th (except on Thanksgiving). Meet other moms in the church as you are encouraged and grow together. More details will be announced in the summer. Childcare will be available for all 7 sessions for a total cost of $40 (paid at registration).
